  Ive ordered here alot n its allways good. Today i was told my total was 38 bucks n i was charged 51 when the food arived.... Never ordering here again!

  I phoned for delivery. The man I talked to was rude and refused my order because i did not order enough. I ordeeed over 25 dollars worth of food even though it says minimum 15 dollars online. I will never try to eat here again. Horrible service.

  My husband is a long time customer of Chow's and has for the most part been happy with the food and when dealing with Andy, the owner. Over the past year when calling in our order it has become increasingly frustrating with the front end staff. Our latest experience came this past Sunday, January 29th, 2017 when my husband called in to place an order. He was put on hold for over 4 minutes, asked to repeat his phone number over and over again. When he told the girl to put it under his name she said she couldn't do that because they wouldn't know if it was him that picked it up! We have told Andy of our frustrations with his front end staff and how difficult it is to place an order. My husband figures that over a year we have spent more than $600.00 at Chow's. In this age of such competitive business, losing a customer at any level is not a good thing. Well, unfortunately this has occurred one too many times for us so we will no longer be patrons of this establishment. Your front end staff in ay business sets the tone for everything else in your business.

  The broccoli was floating in a pool of oil. The lettuce wraps had no crunch and the fried rice wasn't fried. All in all a poor meal.
