  Long wait to get seated , while there are many tables available. Why advertise to get customers and then have insufficient staffing to give prompt service??? Went there for the LAST time today , hoping to get eggs benny and "Shredded" potatoes....Response..."we don't serve shredded after 10 am" I am very aware that you are trying to drive "smashed" potatoes , but that is not what I want. Since you would not supply what I came for , I went elsewhere. your $50 loss.... my White Spot habit now changed with your help. BETTER KEEP ADVERTISING BECAUSE YOU HAVE LOST A 30 VISITS A YEAR CUSTOMER....FIRST RULE OF RETAIL...BE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

  We arrived in the late evening and the service was still stellar. The food was prompt for all six of us, everything tasted great and the chicken with my pasta was cooked and still juicy. The waitress was great and positive even though we stayed near closing. That makes it worth coming again.

  I've never had bad service at this location. Even on Pirate Pack Day the wait wasn't that bad. Burgers are always tasty and fries are never soggy.

  Food was very good and lots of it. But tje service was very slow. Too much talking to each other. Thank You
